At Lady Marmalade we understand how our clients’ schedules can change unexpectantly and we ask that you please advise the salon as early as possible. We can then offer your appointment time to other clients and possibly avoid the cost to our small business.

- Cancellations and reschedules are required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.
- Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours and ‘No shows’ will be charged at full appointment cost.
- Clients who have previously failed to arrive for their appointment will be asked to pre-pay future appointments at the time of booking.
